Services We provide mobile car detailing services at the location provided by the customer. Services are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. 2. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide: Accurate vehicle information. Safe and legal access to the vehicle. Access to water and power if required (unless specified as not needed). Failure to do so may result in cancellation or additional charges. 3. Appointments & Cancellations Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the total. 4. Payments Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Apple Pay. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns. 6. Liability We are not responsible for: Pre-existing damage. Items left in the vehicle. Mechanical issues unrelated to detailing. 7. Communication By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from us regarding your service, scheduling, and occasional promotions.
